Morgan Ginn is Program Manager at The Footwear Collective (TFC), a nonprofit dedicated to uniting the footwear industry to accelerate the creation of the circular economy. She has dedicated her career to advancing sustainability in the fashion industry, focusing on environmental and social impact issues. 

Before joining TFC, Ms. Ginn worked in textile circularity, collaborating with Goodwill Industries International on a project to develop new circular pathways for non-reusable textiles. Her passion for circularity was sparked by her experience living in East Africa, where she worked in manufacturing and co-founded the women’s empowerment social enterprise Mtindo, which creates dignified employment opportunities for women in Uganda's apparel sector. 

Ms. Ginn earned her master’s in sustainable fashion from GCNYC, where she conducted research into on-demand apparel business models in the fashion industry.
