Adam Lynch is COO of Marine Layer. He started with the company in 2010 alongside best friend Mike Natenshon when they opened a single retail store in San Francisco. Since then, he has helped guide Marine Layer’s growth from a men’s t-shirt line to a full lifestyle brand for men and women. Today, Marine Layer operates almost 50 stores throughout the U.S. as well as a thriving e-commerce and wholesale business.

As COO, Adam oversees every operational aspect of Marine Layer, from retail, real estate and finance, to logistics, infrastructure and inventory.
