Tsui Yuen-Pappas is a fashion executive with a focus on sustainable sourcing. She is currently the Director of Sustainability at fashion company Alice and Olivia. Her background spans 25 years of apparel, accessories and footwear development and production.
 
Ms. Yuen-Pappas’ mission in the past decade has been sourcing and working with sustainable suppliers worldwide, assisting companies in the development of ethical products focusing on recycled, regenerative and renewable materials and practices. Her extensive knowledge in manufacturing and logistics has also enabled her to create strategies for zero-waste, the reduction of carbon footprint and traceability in the supply chain.
