Jeffrey Tweedy is former President & Chief Executive Officer of Sean John, the award-winning clothing and lifestyle brand that he founded with Sean Combs in 1998. His passion and dedication to the brand has made Sean John a dominant player in global lifestyle fashion.
 
For more than 20 years, Mr. Tweedy has carved out a wide lane for Sean John’s products, creating products that brand ambassadors and social influencers can’t stop talking about. Adding to his achievements, he is one of the most recognized and highly regarded leaders in the fashion industry.
 
Before Sean John, he was Vice President of Spike Lee’s Forty Acre products in 1992, boosting volume to $12 million in just eight months. A year later, he helped launch Karl Kani Jeans, increasing sales volume from $38 million to $68 in a little over two years.
 
Mr. Tweedy is committed to championing the development of Black executives, and was an advisor of the Black Retail Action Group. He also sits on the boards of FIT, the Piney Wood Boarding School and, most recently, Academy Sports & Outdoors.
 
Additionally, he has received numerous awards from BRAG Business Achievement Good Scouts, Figure Skating of Harlem and the Black Fashion World Foundation.
