Mr. Brown has over 30 years of retail industry leadership experience focused on merchandising, store, corporate office, procurement and supply chain efficiency.
 
Some highlights from his career include reengineering the assortment planning, global buying, product development and supply chain processes of an international retailer to improve sales and margin by over $300 million, as well as sourcing poultry and seafood assortments for a $120 billion retailer reducing cost of goods sold (COGS) by over 8 percent.
