Nemanthie Kooragamage describes herself as a product specialist with a passion for sustainable business. Today, she leads the execution of the MAS Plan for Change in her role as Director of Group Sustainable Business at MAS Holdings. Additionally, as of January 2025, she also provides leadership to group business development, where she leads the enterprise customer strategy. She has over 25 years of experience in the apparel industry, providing leadership to business development and marketing initiatives, including leading the PVH business for MAS and, prior to her current role, held the position of Director of Product Creation and Sustainable Business for MAS’s largest strategic business unit.
