Richard Hurley is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Highline Commerce, a tech-forward third-party logistics company serving small and emerging consumer brands across apparel, CPG, food and beverage, beauty, and home goods. Since founding Highline in 2020, Mr. Hurley has built out fulfillment operations spanning Brooklyn's Industry City, Atlanta, and Ohio, with a focus on giving growing brands the kind of infrastructure usually reserved for much larger players. After serving hundreds of emerging brands over the last six years, as well as larger corporations, Highline was recently featured as the 439th Fastest-Growing Company in the United States by Inc. magazine and the 18th Fastest-Growing Logistics Company. Highline is a regular partner to Y Combinator and other technology startups and often the go-to design partner of robotics, software, AI, and hardware startups—keeping them cutting edge when it comes to new technology. Mr. Hurley writes regularly on the 3PL market, small-brand fulfillment, and the case for logistics in New York City on his Substack and LinkedIn.
