Leah Hollinder is Senior Director of Merchandising and Planning for Fjällräven North America, bringing more than 24 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying, and assortment strategy. Passionate about the outdoor industry, she is dedicated to creating sustainable products and experiences that inspire more people to connect with nature.

Before joining Fjällräven, Ms. Hollinder held merchandising and buying roles at Vail Resorts Retail, Sports Authority, and Timberland, where she developed expertise across apparel, footwear, and outdoor equipment.
She lives in the Denver, Colorado, area with her husband and their two children, where they enjoy hiking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors together.

She earned a bachelor's degree in merchandising from Florida State University.
