Kevin McCoy is Vice President of Made at New Balance Athletics in Boston. In this role, his responsibilities include overseeing the company’s six manufacturing locations—five in the United States and one in the United Kingdom—plus the New Balance Manufacturing Innovation Center. His scope includes research and development, manufacturing innovation, engineering, manufacturing, operations, sourcing, and quality.

Mr. McCoy began his career at New Balance in 1997 and has more than 34 years of experience in the footwear industry. At New Balance, he has served in roles spanning operations and research and development, before taking on the role of Vice President of Made in 2020.

He is a board member of the United States Footwear Manufacturers Association (USFMA), whose mission is to promote, strengthen, and expand the domestic supply base to service U.S.-based footwear manufacturing for both Berry-compliant and commercial footwear programs. He is also a board member of the Leather and Hide Council of America.

Mr. McCoy holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Massachusetts, and he resides in North Andover with his wife of 12 years.
