Lindy O’Brien is Vice President of Supply Chain at Target, where she leads enterprise strategy for returns, resale, and the sustainable disposition of excess goods in the reverse supply chain: balancing financial performance, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility through resale, donation, recycling, and material reclamation.
 
Over more than a decade at Target, Ms. O’Brien has held leadership roles across global supply chain and logistics, including operations, automation, network strategy, and technology product management. This broad experience gives her an end-to-end perspective on building resilient supply chain solutions. She is passionate about bringing together people, process, technology, and innovation to drive cross-functional collaboration and advance more sustainable outcomes for retail.
 
Originally from Michigan and now based in Minneapolis, Ms. O’Brien holds a master of business administration in supply chain management from the University of Minnesota.
