Laura Perdomo is Vice President of Location Operations and Partnerships at Happy Returns, a UPS Company, where she leads the growth and operational health of the company’s Return Bar network. Ms. Perdomo focuses on building and scaling partnerships that make returns more convenient for consumers while strengthening operational performance. She also created and currently leads Happy Returns’ company-wide fraud and loss management programs. 

She holds a bachelor of science in neuropsychology from Yale University.
