Enes Adak is Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer at Recover™, where he leads product, commercial, and operations, including sales, technology, global sourcing, supply chain, and production. He is focused on scaling Recover’s recycled cotton solutions and strengthening its integration across the global textile supply chain.
Mr. Adak brings nearly two decades of global leadership experience across consumer and retail, spanning commercial, product, sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations in Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Prior to joining Recover, he led sourcing and production at Forever 21, part of SPARC Group, and supported initiatives across the broader brand portfolio. He previously spent close to a decade at Li & Fung, leading large-scale sourcing and production operations and supporting multi-billion-dollar global retailers and brands in key manufacturing markets.
Mr. Adak also serves as an Operating Partner at STORY3 Capital, supporting operational excellence and value creation for its portfolio companies.
His experience across brands, retailers, sourcing, manufacturing, and investment provides a broad perspective on building more resilient, scalable, and sustainable supply chains for the textile industry.
