Young Kim is Vice President of Color & Touch, where he oversees global business operations and organizational management. With extensive experience in the global apparel and textile industry, he has held leadership roles across business development, sourcing, international sales, and manufacturing operations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kim has developed broad expertise in global apparel sourcing, manufacturing, sales, and business management, with experience working across international markets and with major global retailers. Prior to joining Color & Touch, he served as Country Manager of Hansae Haiti, where he was responsible for the overall management and operations of the local entity, including production, business development, and organizational management. Previously, he served as Director of International Sales at Hansae, managing key global retail accounts, including Kohl’s and Walmart, while overseeing buyer relationships and overall account management. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kim worked at the Korea offices of DSI and MGF, sourcing organizations supporting international apparel companies. In these roles, he handled sourcing, international sales, communication with overseas headquarters and global buyers, and management of local suppliers and production partners.
