Chana is the founder of reDesign Consulting, where she works as an independent consultant leading transformative apparel business operations and strategy. She is passionate about the environment and social responsibility in the supply chain, applying a focus on internal operations of brands that impact relationships with suppliers and financial performance.

Chana uses her design background, knowledge of the industry, and business and sustainability acumen to produce and execute strategies and frameworks that enable apparel companies to have long-term resiliency. Recent work includes major contributions to the ROSI apparel work for New York University Stern Center for Sustainable Business.

Previously, Chana worked as an executive in design and product development for notable brands including Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, American Eagle and more.
