Michael Colarossi is a Senior Executive in Avery Dennison's $1.2B Apparel Solutions division and is the driving force behind its culture of innovation, while also leading a global technical innovation team. Under Michael's leadership, the organization has adopted a strategic view, prioritizing solutions that shape the industry’s future, while meeting rigorous compliance standards. In fact, Michael played a vital role in developing Avery Dennison’s 2025 and 2030 sustainability goals and the Apparel Solutions’ Global Experience Centers.

Before joining Avery Dennison in 2013, Michael held numerous manufacturing and engineering positions in the U.S. and China. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and is a frequent speaker on innovation and sustainability.
