Scott Kuhlman has acted as Chief Executive Officer of ReCircled since the company was founded. In his 35-year career in the retail apparel industry, Scott has gained extensive experience in retail sales and apparel production with small and large chain distributors in various roles including sales, buying and management. Scott has founded several successful specialty retail brands, including Kuhlman and Scott James, as well as retail-focused technology and e‐commerce enterprises.

He has spent the last several years building a model to bring together services such as rental, resale, recycling and upcycling to develop and implement a truly 100 percent circular solution for the textile, apparel and fashion industry. This solution is the foundation of ReCircled’s business model.
