Liz Hershfield is Senior Vice President of Sustainability at J.Crew Group and Senior Vice President of Sourcing at Madewell. Leading J.Crew Group’s sustainability efforts, Ms. Hershfield oversees all aspects of sustainability across J.Crew, Madewell and J.Crew Factory, along with all production and sourcing activities for Madewell.

Since joining JCG in Oct. 2019, she has spearheaded the brands' efforts in environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting, accelerated the company's commitment to science-based targets and climate goals and championed innovative partnerships with Circular Systems, Fair Trade and The Fashion Pact.

Prior to joining J.Crew Group, Ms. Hershfield was Chief Supply Chain Officer at Bonobos where she supervised the full supply chain function—from product development to fulfillment.
