As Senior Director for Sustainability, Marco Reyes leads Walmart’s efforts to accelerate social and environmental sustainability across its supply chain with responsibility for all non-food product categories. With wide ranging product categories, including apparel, home, consumable goods, general merchandise, health, electronics, seasonal, wellness and beauty, Mr. Reyes leads a team of specialists dedicated to developing and implementing integrated category roadmaps to address the most critical hot spots across these categories. 
 
Uniquely suited for this role, Mr. Reyes brings with him 19 years of experience working across multiple functions at Walmart, including merchandising, international and responsible sourcing. A Guatemalan native, he has lived in Bentonville, Arkansas for over 22 years and believes that business is uniquely positioned to create regenerative supply chains and solutions that benefit people and the planet. 
 
Mr. Reyes holds a B.A. in International Business and M.B.A. from John Brown University.
