Katina Boutis is Director of Sustainability at Everlane, an American clothing retailer. At Everlane, Ms. Boutis focuses on furthering the brand’s mission to create change for good in the fashion industry by driving social and environmental programs across the supply chain.
 
Additionally, she oversees efforts ranging from fabric sourcing to supply chain compliance and carbon reduction to make timeless products with a lower environmental impact. She also serves as an adjunct professor at LIM College. Prior to Everlane, Ms. Boutis served as the Director of Sustainability at American luggage and travel accessories retailer Away.
 
She holds a M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
