Eric Rhea is Vice President of Research and Development (R&D) and Sourcing at Foster Grant International (FGX), a leading provider of popularly priced eyewear. In this role, he oversees all new product innovations and sourcing activities, and works closely with his team to ensure the development and implementation of the new lens and frame technologies while optimizing costs.

Mr. Rhea is a seasoned professional in the eyewear industry with over 30 years of experience in the field. For the last 20 years, he has focused on offshore manufacturing, developing a deep understanding of global supply chains and sourcing strategies.

Mr. Rhea is passionate about sustainability and has undertaken the challenging project of transforming 150 million pairs of eyewear produced annually into more sustainable material solutions.
