Annie Agle is Senior Director of Impact and Sustainability at Cotopaxi, a carbon-neutral adventure brand founded to create Gear for Good®, sustainably designed gear that fuels outdoor experiences and global change. Ms. Agle is responsible for the brand’s giving, corporate social responsibility and sustainability, and works to implement sustainable business strategies to drive the brand’s positive social and environmental returns.

She believes that humility, collaboration, and transparency are the foundational principles of effective sustainability, and works passionately to leverage her experience and network to serve the needs of all.

Ms. Agle is a graduate of Columbia University and is currently obtaining an M.S. in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge in England.
