Matthew H. Clark is a Shareholder and U.S. Co-Chair of Dentons Corporate Group, a global legal practice providing client services worldwide through its member firms and affiliates. With extensive experience advising investors, companies and executive teams across all stages of the corporate lifecycle, Mr. Clark focuses his practice on providing advice on commercial transactions. He regularly handles transactions, contract negotiations, intellectual property issues, licensing and distribution agreements, venture capital and venture development matters, and complex commercial agreements with suppliers, customers, service providers, distributors and other strategic partners.
