For more than 20 years, Josh Brogan has helped global companies tackle their most complex supply chain challenges.

Josh’s career has taken many twists and turns, from logistics operations to sourcing optimization and now supply chain strategy. But throughout, two constants have endured: his interest in finding novel solutions to stubborn problems and his drive to create meaningful change.That journey began in logistics, where he was one of the original members of Kearney's team developing collaborative optimization techniques. One early project involved building out capabilities for a major ocean freight bid. In another project, his team built a large-scale optimization model to determine ideal truck routing and network needs for a major soft drink company that previously relied only on trial and error. He finds his greatest sense of fulfillment in engagements that improve operations and benefit the environment.
