Chelsea Murtha is Senior Director, Sustainability at the American Apparel & Footwear Association, a national trade association.
 
In her role, Ms. Murtha serves as the association’s advocate and spokesperson on matters of environmental sustainability and product safety. She engages with Congress, the Executive Branch, independent agencies, state legislatures, agencies and foreign governments on environmental sustainability, product safety and chemical management issues important to the industry.
 
She holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University.
