Sandra Gagnon is Senior Director of 3D Digital Product Creation at Target, where she leads the application of 3D technology and emerging digital tools to transform product design and development. As part of Target's owned brand product development team, she focuses on advancing digital workflows that improve speed, collaboration, and innovation across the product lifecycle.
 
With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Ms. Gagnon has held leadership roles spanning technical design, product development, and sourcing. Her expertise bridges product creation and technology, helping organizations adopt new ways of working while maintaining a strong focus on quality and consumer needs.
 
She is Co-founder of the 3D Retail Coalition (3D.RC), an industry-wide collaborative dedicated to accelerating the adoption of technologies across retail. Through the coalition, she works alongside brands, retailers, technology partners, and educators to develop resources, foster collaboration, and create networking opportunities that help unlock the value of digital transformation across the industry.
