Kristine Kim is Senior Director of Impact and Responsible Sourcing at Dôen, where she spearheads the Los Angeles-based brand's environmental impact and the strategic development of its value chain. Her work encapsulates both social impact and sustainability, with a focus on gender equity and carbon reduction. 
 
Before her role at Dôen, Ms. Kim worked with multiple stakeholders to create improved social and environmental outcomes for the fashion industry. Her experience includes working with fashion brands, factory owners, labor unions, multilateral organizations, national and municipal governments and academic institutions.
